A varied, simple and genuine menu, which will allow you to enjoy the typical dishes of these mountain areas, polenta, game dishes, Aosta Valley cheese and the ever-present Fontina d’alpeggio.

To brighten up our guests’ lunch and dinner, the restaurant also features a well-stocked local wine cellar that can be enjoyed while accompanying typical dishes served in the cozy dining room. After dinner, you can taste the typical liqueurs of the Aosta Valley, Grappa and Aosta Valley-style Caffé.

Our bar
In the room of the restaurant Alpe Rebelle we created the small bar. Careful in the smallest details, made of wood and stone, it is ideal for welcoming our customers, for breakfast, for a quick coffee or for an aperitif before lunch or dinner.
What to do at night
Finally, in the evening, you can spend pleasant moments chatting about the mountains, sipping one of the many high mountain liqueurs, the classic Grappa al Genepy, or drinking the typical Caffè alla Valdostana all around the Grolla.
